EHI Heating And Cooling installs Midea, Lennox, Kepler, Rinnai and Goodman equipment with full manufacturer coverage, and on select systems we offer up to 12 years parts and 12 years labour. We register the warranty for you so it's valid from day one.

How to keep your HVAC warranty valid
- Register the equipment (we do this for you after install)
- Book annual maintenance; most manufacturers require proof of regular service for extended coverage
- Change or clean filters as recommended
- Keep the outdoor unit clear of snow, leaves and shrubs
- Call a licensed technician for repairs; DIY or unlicensed work can void coverage
- Keep your invoice and hand-over documents (we keep copies too)
Making a warranty claim
Call us. We diagnose, confirm the failed part, and handle the manufacturer claim. If your system is under one of our labour packages, the repair is covered on both parts and labour. Manufacturer parts warranties apply to every system we install, and on select systems we offer up to 12 years parts and 12 years labour. The exact term depends on the brand, model, registration and package you choose, and it's written on your quote.
Do I need to register my warranty?
Yes, and we do it for you after installation. Unregistered equipment often defaults to a shorter base warranty.
Does annual maintenance affect my warranty?
Yes. Most manufacturers require proof of regular professional maintenance for extended coverage. Our annual tune-up provides that record.
Is labour covered?
Labour is covered on systems sold with one of our labour packages, for up to 12 years. Standard manufacturer warranties cover parts only.
What if I bought the equipment somewhere else?
We can repair it, but the labour warranty packages apply only to systems EHI installs.
