- Get a written quote from another licensed Ontario HVAC contractor for the same or comparable equipment and scope.
- Send it to us by email or show it at your assessment.
- We confirm it's comparable (same capacity, efficiency tier, warranty and inclusions) and the contractor is reputable and licensed.
- Where applicable, we beat it by up to 10%.
Price match applies to comparable quotes only and is at EHI's discretion. It excludes quotes for used, grey-market or non-certified equipment, and quotes that omit permits, electrical or disposal.

What does guaranteed final pricing mean?
It means the price on your signed EHI quote is the price you pay for the agreed scope of work. We don't add charges on install day for things we should have caught during the assessment.
Will you really beat another quote by 10%?
Where the quote is comparable and from a reputable licensed contractor, we may beat it by up to 10%. We review each one honestly; sometimes the other quote is missing permits, electrical or disposal, and we'll point that out rather than match an incomplete price.
Can promotions be combined with rebates and financing?
Yes. Promotions, the Ontario heat pump rebate and 0% financing all stack.
Do promotions apply everywhere in Ontario?
Yes, across our service area from the GTA to Northern Ontario, unless an offer states otherwise.
