These terms cover the use of this website and the general conditions behind the quotes, offers, rebates, financing and warranties described on it. Your signed quote and the manufacturer's warranty documents govern any specific job.
Quotes and pricing
Starting prices shown on this site (for example furnaces from $3,300, heat pumps from $5,500, tankless water heaters from $3,300) are starting points. Final installed pricing depends on equipment size and installation requirements and is confirmed in a written quote. Guaranteed final pricing applies to the agreed scope of work in that quote; changes you request or conditions that could not reasonably be identified at assessment may be quoted separately before work proceeds.
Price match
We may beat comparable reputable quotes by up to 10% where applicable, at our discretion, as described on our offers page.
Rebates
Rebate amounts and eligibility are set by the Home Renovation Savings Program and its administrators and can change without notice. EHI assists with applications but does not guarantee approval or amounts. This website is not operated by any government or utility.
Financing
Financing is provided by third-party lenders on approved credit. Rates and terms are subject to the lender.
Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by equipment, brand, registration and conditions. Written warranty terms are provided with your quote and at hand-over and take precedence over summaries on this site.
