What we collect
When you request a quote, call us or submit a form we collect your name, phone number, email, address or city, and details about your home and HVAC equipment. For rebate applications we collect the information the Home Renovation Savings Program requires, such as heating fuel, utility account details and equipment model and serial numbers. For financing we pass your application to our lending partner with your consent.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, register warranties, submit rebate applications on your behalf, and follow up about your service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with parties needed to deliver the service: equipment manufacturers (warranty registration), rebate program administrators (Save on Energy, Enbridge Gas), lenders (financing you apply for), and service providers who host our website and forms.
